Nivo, an AI platform for mortgage brokers and lenders, has relaunched its website with pricing, a sample case report and service comparisons designed to help brokerages assess the potential cost and time savings from using AI for document administration.
The refreshed website gives brokers more information about Nivo Collect before they speak to the company, including the service’s monthly pricing, a full example of an evidence pack and case analysis, and a comparison with document-checking tools.
Nivo Collect provides brokerages with an AI assistant that operates through email to gather and verify the information required for mortgage applications. Once a case is emailed to the assistant, it identifies the evidence required, requests documents, identity evidence and searches from applicants, and follows up on anything that remains outstanding.
The information collected is checked against what applicants have declared, with the resulting evidence pack prepared for submission. Nivo also produces a case report covering whether the application is ready to submit, affordability based on the evidence provided and any issues requiring the adviser’s attention.
The website includes a fictional residential purchase as an example of the resulting report and evidence pack. Nivo said the published pricing is intended to allow firms to compare the service with their existing administrative costs.
Collect starts at £1,000 per month, with the monthly allowance covering the AI’s work, identity checks and all features. There is no setup fee, per-user licence charge or minimum contract term. Nivo said a typical case consumes between £10 and £40 of the allowance.
Research from Nivo, based on more than 100 surveys of UK brokers and lenders, found that the administration associated with a case takes around five hours and costs approximately £150. Nivo Collect is designed to take on administrative work around mortgage applications while leaving advisers responsible for judgement and client relationships. The company said the service does not provide advice or make credit decisions.
Nivo Marketing Lead George Lee said, “Brokers are being asked to sit through a lot of demos at the moment, and it’s hard to tell one claim from another. We wanted to make it easier for them to assess Collect, so we’ve put everything on the website: the price, a full sample of what they receive and an honest comparison with the tools we’re measured against.
“They can see what the service does, what it costs and how it could fit into their business. Getting started is just as straightforward. Collect works over email, with nothing to install and no integration project, so brokerages can be live the same day.
“We’re also clear about what Collect does and where human judgement comes in. It produces a checked evidence pack and an analysis, but it does not give advice or make credit decisions. The adviser makes the call, and the client relationship stays with the brokerage.”
