Bennie Burger – JTC Group

Bennie Burger is a Senior Director at JTC, serving as MLRO for JTC Jersey, its affiliates, and a broad portfolio of regulated and supervised client entities. He is also Head of JTC Jersey Client Compliance, with responsibility for AML/CFT/CPF governance, regulatory engagement, and board-level advisory across trust, fund, and corporate structures. Bennie is an English Solicitor, an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, and admitted as a Solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (Anguilla). He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance. Bennie brings a practical, leadership-focused perspective grounded in complex, real-world regulatory decision-making.
