Biography

David is the Global lead for the COO Regulatory Market Initiatives function at Deutsche Bank. He represents Deutsche Bank on multiple Trade Association Committees and Working Groups at ISDA, FIA, GFMA and ICMA.

David represents Deutsche Bank on the DTCC Global Trade Repository Steering committee and the MarkitServe Advisory Board. In his personal capacity he is a member of the BoE Wholesale Working Group & Transforming Data Collection Standards Committee, The British Standards Institute IST/12 Financial Services Committee representing the UK at ISO, the DSB ANNA product Committee & Non Standard Taskforce, The Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) Globally Important Financial Institutions (GIFI) Relationship Group, EuroFiling, Reporting & Reference Data SIG & the Global Derivatives Digital Regulatory Reporting Group.

He hax chaired numerous industry initiatives to create global Industry best practices in Regulatory Reporting and was invited to provide input to the FSB GUUG and CPMI-IOSCO global reporting harmonisation initiatives for UTI, UPI and CDE.

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank he has worked at Barclays, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Northern Rock and BNP Paribas, JP Morgan, Standard Chartered Bank, UBS and the EBRD in various Front Office and Regulatory implementation roles.
