George is Head of Risk and Compliance (R&C) for JTC’s Institutional Capital Services (ICS) division, shaping the firm’s global R&C strategy across AIFM, fund administration, depositary, and employer solutions. A qualified (non-practising) U.S. lawyer, he leads JTC’s ICS R&C programmes spanning fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital-asset ventures. With extensive experience advising tradfi and fintech clients on complex regulatory frameworks, George brings a global perspective across major and emerging markets in Australasia, Caribbean, the Channel Islands, Europe, UK and US – bridging innovation, regulation, and operational resilience in the digital economy.
