Gytautė Peseckaitė-Kibickienė – Bank of Lithuania

Gytautė Peseckaitė-Kibickienė graduated from Vilnius University and holds a Masters degree in Management and Business Administration and a Masters degree in Law. She joined Lietuvos Bankas (Bank of Lithuania) in 2014 as the Chief Process Management expert and in 2017 established the Performance Management Division at Lietuvos Bankas with responsibility for strategic planning and monitoring, annual operational planning, budgeting, and controlling, process and project management, operational risk management and business continuity management. In 2022 Gytautė was appointed the Head of the Data and Reporting Collection Division of Data and Statistics Department responsible for transformation and centralisation of the data collection function to ensure highest quality data service for market participants and internal users. In 2024 new reporting collection solution REGATA was introduced for market participants.
