Michele Henry is a senior resilience and risk executive with a strong track record of designing strategic operating models that meet complex organisational and regulatory demands. Now an independent resilience advisor, she has led Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk, and Regulatory programmes across major financial and technology firms. Previously Global Head of Operational Resilience at Aberdeen Investments, she led the department through evolving risk landscapes and advised multiple C‑level boards on resilience posture and regulatory readiness. Michele brings deep expertise in change leadership, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional governance. She holds an MBA, is CISM certified, a full Member of the BCI, and is a recognised industry speaker on resilience and risk.
