Paul Coady is a seasoned and international risk, compliance and anti-financial crime practitioner who has worked in Dublin, London and New York. He has led related teams, programmes and transformation all over the world in senior roles as the Business Ethics, Policies and Training Manager for AIB Bank; Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) for DBRS; Group Head of Compliance Policy and Learning for Barclays; and Global Head of Financial Crime Risk Education and Culture for Deutsche Bank. Paul is also an international speaker and thought leader on the people aspects of risk, compliance and anti-financial crime.
