Biometric security company AimBrain has reportedly raised ?4m in its Series A funding round led by BGF Ventures.
The round also saw commitments from firms including Episode 1, Entrepreneur First, according to various media reports.
AimBrain is a web-based platform for the financial services, which offers behavioural, facial, and voice, biometrics authentication solutions.
This platform helps to protect users and banks from fraudsters, and getting rid of the need for passwords.
It allows its customers to use facial biometrics for ATM transactions, voice biometrics for call centres, and behavioural biometrics for smartphones.
Following this investment, it brings total capital received by the company up to around ?4.36m.
