Ardian Growth, Naxicap Partners, Apax Partners exit Consort NT

Ardian Growth, Naxicap Partners and Apax Partners Development have sold their shares in digital services developer Consort NT.

Following the exit, the company’s management team will be the sole holders of the company – its president Jason Guez is now the majority shareholder.

Over their holding period they were able to support Consort NT through both organics and external growth. Initially they bolstered the management team and then cemented the company’s position in the market by launching a dedicated applications division.

Following this, the company supported the acquisition of data consultancy company Estia and software testing consultant Altea in 2016.

France-based Consort NT is a digital service developer which creates tools to support interactions with banks, insurance companies and telecom operators. The company helps businesses implement digital solutions to optimise their processes and better use data.

Consort NT president of Jason Guez said, “I am happy and proud to have shared in the Consort NT adventure with my team. Our journey alongside the financial partners has brought about many useful learnings and has helped accelerate the growth of the business.

“Our independence only strengthens the enthusiasm and common vision shared by myself and the management team, Elie Cohen (CEO) and Stephan Mardel (CFO): to develop an international, multi-specialist group of technology consultants with strong family values.”

Earlier in the year, Apax deployed $20m into global e-commerce service developer Global-e.
