B-North, a UK-based company establishing an SME lending bank, has chosen SaaS banking engine Mambu and bank operating system nCino to provide its core banking technology.
Mambu will integrate its core banking engine with nCino’s cloud-based loan and deposit origination platform to create a seamless deployment of their business lending services. The platform will allow B-North to process loans quickly and efficiently for its SME customers.
Additionally, it future proof’s B-North’s infrastructure and delivers it with valuable data insights.
With this integration, B-North is continuing its growth with plans to launch its first service in Manchester next year.
Its highly-localised technology-powered model will allow loans to become available to SMEs within ten days – traditional banks typically take three to four months.
Eugene Danilkis, Mambu CEO, said, “As the leading SaaS banking engine, Mambu is committed to enabling access to modern financial services for all. The UK SME sector hold significant potential for growth and we see that B-North has a wealth of first-hand experience in this sector and are building a business with the needs of SMEs in mind.
“Together with nCino and B-North, our technology will enable SME borrowers to obtain lending in a fraction of the time it currently takes, meaning business owners will have more time to do what matters – developing their businesses – without having the long wait for funding. “
