Lunar teams up with Subaio to improve its customers’ subscription management

Nordic challenger bank Lunar has signed a deal with Subaio which will see it help the neobank’s premium customers manage their subscriptions.

The Danish digital-first bank said the move came after it has seen an increase of users handling their money in the FinTech’s  app.

Lunar recently extended its Series B round to add another €20m to its coffers.

It’s not the only challenger bank to growing in the Nordics. Several neobanks have launched in the region in recent years. For instance, indó announced the closure of its €1m seed round in April as well. The Icelandic digital bank recently told FinTech Global that it had the goal to revolutionise banking by rebuilding trust in the industry.

Similarly, Swedish rival Northmill was granted a banking licence in September last year. Rocker, formerly known as Bynk, raised $54.4m in Sweden in 2019.
