AI data and financial compliance company Behavox added support of Twitter to its expanding list of applications covered by its compliance platform.
This new addition which incorporates Twitter is the latest development in its growing support of both corporate and non-traditional, non-corporate applications. The company recently added support for Microsoft Teams, WeChat, and WhatsApp to the more than 150 data types it already supported.
The partnership ensures seamless ingestion of communications on Twitter and integration into the Behavox platform, enabling delivery of detailed, actionable analytics for financial firms. Alongside it will also provide access to an ecosystem of artificial intelligence voice technology capabilities.
The AI-based data operating platform helps firms catch misconduct before it causes massive regulatory fines and company crises. This latest move will strengthen Behavox’s ability to help customers to analyse their own data to help avoid regulatory fines and protect and preserve the integrity of their operations, as well as the hard-earned trust from their own clients.
