Dubber, a cloud-based call recording and voice AI solution, has named Sarah Diamond as a non-executive director of the company.
Diamond is a seasoned executive with deep experience in the financial services, technology, consulting and regulatory sectors.
Over the course of a 30-year career, Diamond has worked with most major banks, Wall Street firms, exchanges and regulators. Diamond has also worked in Europe, the UK, China, Japan and the US.
In the previous role of global managing director, financial services at IBM, Diamond managed a $10bn P&L and was responsible for helping top 50 global financial services clients embrace digital services.
Whilst at IBM, Diamond was involved with the Performance Team, the Academy of Technology Advisory Board, the Culture Think Tank and the Global Industry Academy. She was also a sponsor of IBM’s Technical Women Program, vice chair of the Advisory Board of Director, and senior chairman and CEO of the Promontory Financial Group.
Dubber chairman Peter Clare said, “Sarah brings a wealth of experience and capability relating to a multitude of key areas in which Dubber is focused. We look forward to working with her as we grow the company’s profile globally.”
Dubber recently announced it has signed a partnership with Australia-based tech solution provider Rubicon 8. As part of the deal, Rubicon will implement the Dubber AI to improve customer help desk support.
