Inszone Insurance Services, a provider of benefits, personal and commercial lines insurance, has acquired The Contractors Insurance Group, an insurance agency focused on contractors.

Founded in 2002, Inszone is a full-service insurance brokerage firm which provides property & casualty insurance, along with employee benefits solutions.

The Contractors Insurance Group was founded in 2019 by Christine Hill and Virginia Barrett. The company has established strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs, which has been critical to their success.

According to Inszone, the acquisition of The Contractors Insurance Group strengthens Inszone Insurance’s service offerings in Arizona and expands its state presence.

Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services, said, “By bringing The Contractors Insurance Group’s deep knowledge and expertise to the table, we will continue to offer high-quality service to meet clients’ needs.”

With this acquisition, Inszone Insurance Services said it is reaffirming its commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and continues to expand its footprint in the insurance industry.

Virginia Barrett said, “Everyone has different insurance needs, and they change and evolve over time. We cultivate relationships and get to know our clients. Building our clients’ trust has been critical to our success.”

Inszone has made a series of acquisitions as of late. Earlier this year, Inszone acquired Austin Insurance. Operations for Austin Insurance are to continue under Inszone Insurance’s Dallas location, and Inszone said customers will continue to receive the same service they are used to under the Inszone Insurance brand.

Inszone also acquired Young Insurance Group earlier in 2022. Young Insurance began in the spare bedroom of its founder Chad Young, with the goal of providing a high quality service in the protections of Colorado households and businesses.

Following this acquisition, Inszone said it planned to continue to broaden its national footprint in 2022 and pursue a growth trajectory with a number of important transaction in the upcoming months.
