Florida-based Heritage Insurance Company has revealed that it has tapped Guidewire Software to significantly bolster its claims operation.
The strategic announcement enables Heritage to adapt to the ever-changing market dynamics, while delivering added value to its network of agents and policyholders, by integrating Guidewire’s ClaimCentre.
The Tampa Bay firm has integrated the software seamlessly across all personal lines of business in the 16 states where it operates. The implementation was led by PwC, a Global Premier member of Guidewire PartnerConnect Consulting, and has seen the additional introduction of the Guidewire VendorEngage digital application to empower its vendors with digital capabilities.
Following the successful completion of the ClaimCenter deployment, the company plans to implement Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire BillingCenter. This phased approach will ultimately position Heritage as a fully operational Guidewire InsuranceSuite.

We were able to successfully convert nearly 240,000 claims onto ClaimCenter, which is a tremendous achievement.
