Ushur launches Studio to bring Customer Experience Automation to business users

Ushur, a prominent figure in AI-powered Customer Experience Automation™ (CXA), has introduced Ushur Studio, a next generation no-code and generative AI-enabled environment.

Ushur, a prominent figure in AI-powered Customer Experience Automation™ (CXA), has introduced Ushur Studio, a next generation no-code and generative AI-enabled environment.

This unique offering is designed to empower business users and citizen developers to swiftly craft, test, and implement omnichannel digital engagement experiences. Its implementation also marks a significant leap in no-code, generative AI-enabled environments.

Formerly known as Flow Builder, this major platform enhancement brings forth new capabilities, deliberate designs, and speed-to-value principles aimed at assisting enterprises in adapting to evolving engagement needs through a consolidated, automated approach.

The Studio’s primary goal is to enhance speed and simplicity throughout the experience automation lifecycle. It incorporates several notable advancements, including an intuitive no-code automation experience builder, integrated prototyping, scalable deployments, and continuous monitoring.

This facilitates citizen developers in addressing their challenges and driving digital outcomes efficiently, particularly in time-constrained scenarios with limited resources.

Key capabilities of Ushur Studio include:

  • Simplified Workflow Creation: Enabling easy arrangement of steps and business logic via drag-and-drop modules for customer engagement.
  • Smarter Troubleshooting and Guidance: Reducing errors and expediting onboarding of citizen developers through real-time troubleshooting and guidance for each step.
  • Seamless Simulation and Preview: Allowing rapid prototyping of workflow designs, updates, and changes while previewing end user experiences from a unified interface.

Moreover, Ushur Studio doubles as an AI and machine learning playground, enabling citizen developers to elevate builds using generative AI-based recommendations and finely tuned ML models.
