Equisoft, a prominent global digital solutions provider to the financial industry, has announced a partnership with Family Guardian Insurance Company to modernise the front-end tools for its insurance businesses.
The collaboration aims to meet the evolving digital expectations of consumers by digitalising Family Guardian’s front-end tools, enhancing service delivery, and creating operational efficiencies.
By retiring legacy systems and integrating Equisoft/illustrate, Family Guardian seeks to streamline its operations and maintain its leadership position in the Bahamian insurance market.
Having previously collaborated on the successful implementation of the Equisoft/manage solution, integrated with Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) system, for their Home Services division, the two companies have once again joined forces. This time, Equisoft has been chosen to replace Family Guardian’s Illustrations system for its Financial Services division.
