At the core of the backend engine, the Relationship Manager Office now benefits from comprehensive dashboards and tools that empower managers with real-time insights, streamlining client portfolio management and order execution. Similarly, the Operations Office has seen enhancements in operational efficiency and data management, which ensure transaction accuracy and security while supporting real-time data access.

The architecture’s robustness is evident in its capacity to seamlessly manage up to 2.5m customers and handle 700m transactions, along with 350m price records without a hitch. This capability is bolstered by event-triggered computations and autoscaling features, which ensure the system’s scalability and operational excellence.

The solution delivered by WealthForce.ai did not stop at infrastructure. It also improved prospect and campaign management, facilitating the conversion of prospects into clients through streamlined processes and analytics. Moreover, the client onboarding process was optimized to enhance satisfaction and retention from the outset, complemented by advanced risk profiling and order management systems.
