GoCardless has partnered with Endava, a leading technology services provider, to bring advanced bank payment solutions to enterprise-level businesses.
The partnership aims to integrate GoCardless’ payment capabilities into large-scale digital transformation projects, accelerating access to the benefits of bank payments.
The collaboration will enable Endava to incorporate and manage GoCardless payment solutions within its enterprise clients’ operations. By embedding these technologies, businesses can leverage faster delivery and access to improved payment systems, ultimately aiding their digital transformation goals.
GoCardless’ Direct Debit capabilities are a core part of this offering, facilitating recurring payments directly from a payer’s bank account on the due date. This approach enhances cash flow predictability and reduces the administrative burden of chasing overdue payments, helping businesses streamline their payment processes.
In addition, the partnership includes GoCardless’ Instant Bank Pay feature, powered by open banking. This solution offers a cost-effective alternative for one-off payments, reportedly up to 54% cheaper than card payments. By combining Direct Debit and Instant Bank Pay in a single platform, enterprise businesses can provide a flexible and seamless payment experience for their customers, catering to both recurring and one-off transactions.
Commenting on the partnership, Endava head of partnerships & alliances Lewis Brown said, “Companies today face complex problems, and we’re committed to bringing the latest innovations to help address them. Payments are no different; it’s often an underappreciated source of top-line growth and cost savings. By working with GoCardless, we can bring our clients cutting-edge payment solutions combined with the tailor-made approach they’ve come to expect from us — helping them reach their digital transformation goals and deliver value more quickly.”
GoCardless director of UK&I partnerships Tom Metcalfe added, “We’re excited to partner with Endava so more enterprise businesses can experience how bank payments help them win and retain customers, save time and money, and get paid on time. The collaboration is also a big strategic step forward, enabling us to reach larger organisations and their suppliers at scale. We look forward to our relationship going from strength to strength in future.”
