Zeidler Group, a technology-driven law firm and regulatory compliance services provider for the asset management industry, has named Serena Goldberg as its new chief commercial officer (CCO) and as a partner at Zeidler Law.
In her new position, Goldberg will oversee the firm’s commercial strategy and growth initiatives, working to bring Zeidler’s legal, regulatory and technology offerings in line with the changing requirements of asset managers. She will also focus on building out scalable, client-centred solutions and tightening the links between the firm’s legal practice and its broader technology and product suite.
Goldberg has been with Zeidler Group since 2022, during which time she has contributed significantly to the firm’s product and service development. Her most recent position was executive vice president of product and services, a role in which she helped to define and grow several of the firm’s flagship offerings.

The promotion is part of a broader programme of leadership development at the firm as Zeidler looks to strengthen its integrated legal, regulatory and operational platform. A series of strategic hires have been made across the business over the past twelve months, with Mathilde Stich coming on board as head of due diligence, Shalu Sura and Josef El Semari appointed as co-heads of the regulatory services division, Jeet Doshi joining as head of reporting, and Tara Dutta taking up the role of managing senior associate.
