Treble Peak partners with NewVest for private market access

Treble Peak, an FCA-regulated platform that simplifies investing and operations in private markets, has announced a new partnership with NewVest, the firm managing the first investable, passively constructed indices of private equity funds.

The partnership aims to broaden access to private markets by offering diversified exposure through a simple, digital investment process. With a minimum investment of $50,000, the collaboration seeks to make institutional-quality private equity strategies available to a wider investor base.

Treble Peak was founded in 2022 and is headquartered in London. The company provides a streamlined platform that enables wealth managers, family offices, fund managers, and private individuals to efficiently invest in private equity. Supported by prominent European investors, Treble Peak partners with leading private equity firms to lower barriers and increase access to high-quality investment opportunities.

The new partnership integrates NewVest’s innovative passive index products into the Treble Peak platform. These products allow investors to gain passive exposure to private markets in a similar way to how ETFs and index funds operate in public markets.

NewVest’s strategy tracks pooled returns for individual private market asset classes and vintage periods by targeting commitments to 50 of the largest private equity or private debt funds in a given vintage year. This approach enables investors to effectively “buy the market” for the private equity asset class while diversifying across sectors, strategies, and managers each year — all with 0% management fees at the product level.
