Arch RoamRight, a US-based travel insurance provider, has partnered with TravelJoy, a CRM and booking platform for travel advisors, to integrate insurance directly into the travel planning workflow.
The partnership enables travel advisors to quote and purchase Arch RoamRight policies within the TravelJoy platform without switching between separate systems. By embedding insurance into the booking process, the companies aim to help advisors offer travel protection earlier while reducing administrative friction.
Through the integration, advisors can access travel insurance options while arranging trips, allowing them to complete quotes and purchases in the same workflow used for other booking activities. The companies said the collaboration removes the need for duplicate data entry and helps advisors provide clients with protection options at the point where travel decisions are being made.
Arch RoamRight said the partnership forms part of its broader investment in technology that connects with the platforms advisors already use. TravelJoy users can immediately access Arch RoamRight products through the platform, helping advisors incorporate travel insurance more seamlessly into trip planning.
Arch RoamRight provides travel insurance products for US residents travelling internationally, including trip cancellation and travel medical coverage. The company operates within the Accident and Health unit of Arch Insurance North America, part of Arch Capital Group, a Bermuda-based insurer, reinsurer and mortgage insurer.
TravelJoy offers travel advisors tools covering customer relationship management, payments, proposals, itineraries and AI capabilities through a single platform designed to streamline travel operations.
