Some of NatWest’s business customers were shocked when they tried to log into their account’s only to spot someone else’s account information.
On September 26, a customer reached out to NatWest on Twitter, saying, “Currently loggedin to @NatWest_Help Bankline and can see a completely different company’s bank details, balances and transactions. Clearly something has gone VERY VERY wrong.”
Natwest has said that this was an isolated event and was working with the affected customers to keep them updated, the BBC reports.
