 Nitesh Palana is the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Moneyfarm, where he ensures the firm meets its global regulatory and legal obligations, while strengthening and evolving its risk and compliance framework. Moneyfarm is an award-winning pan-European digital wealth manager, serving over 170,000 active investors and managing more than £6.5 billion in assets. In his role, Nitesh also leads the company’s relationships with regulators and policymakers. Prior to joining Moneyfarm, Nitesh led Risk and Compliance at Thought Machine, a leading fintech unicorn. Before moving into fintech, he held roles across management consultancy, regulatory consultancy, financial regulation, public affairs, and politics, giving him a broad and multidisciplinary perspective on the financial services landscape.
