Simon Callaghan – The RegTech Association

Simon Callaghan is the newly appointed CEO of The RegTech Association as of April 2025. He brings over 20 years of experience in emerging technologies, including regtech, fintech, and digital currencies. He led the Cambridge Digital Assets Programme, was CEO of Blockchain Australia, led fintech at the Australian Consulate in New York, and at Infosys led project engagements in Australia, Asia, Europe, the US, and LATAM, working with global banks and financial services institutions. He holds Masters degrees from Cambridge, Brown, Carnegie Mellon, and an MBA from AGSM.
