The company helps organisations evidence that their AI systems and operations are aligned with regulatory expectations in a way that is practical, auditable and scalable. Before joining Norm Ai, Tom led international expansion and revenue growth across AI, cybersecurity and enterprise SaaS businesses (for financial services). Earlier in his career, he served as a frontline combat reconnaissance officer in the British Army.
