How Pramati is helping insurance companies turn data into experiences

Pramati, which builds independent technology-based companies, is helping the insurance companies turn data into experiences.

In a new video, the company has outlined how its Wavemaker and SpotCues services can help businesses better leverage apps to improve customer experience, productivity and value.

Wavemaker empowers clients to build web and mobile applications and claims to be the only solution which combines the simplicity of low-code development with the scale of DevOps automation. It also supports the creation of cross-platform, hybrid mobile apps which can leverage Google cloud, Microsoft Azure and Amazon webservices.

To help streamline the development of responsive apps through in-built templates, themes, widgets and layouts which require no-code to use.

Being able to leverage data is becoming more important for businesses around the world. Wavemaker makes it simple for a client to connect with any data source and create their own data model. The system automatically generates all the APIs so the company can bind the data to the user interface within just a few clicks.

Whatever custom components the business makes can easily be stored and used again in any other app they build.

Data protection regulations have also put increased pressures on firms ensuring customer data is not lost or misused. Wavemaker offers authentication process and role-based access protocols to ensure only verified people can access sensitive information.

Once a company has created a new app, they can begin testing with one click and begin service release in the cloud or on-premises.

Firms including Plymouth Rock assurance, National City, 3i Infotech, KANA, Gemalto, Belron Canada, 40 Flanagan and Schneider Electric are using the Wavemaker service.

SpotCues is the other division highlighted in Primati’s new video.

The solution enables single-point access to enterprise systems via micro apps and boosts efficiency of businesses through AI-powered bots which guide employees through apps.

The company claims that employees waste a lot of their day filling out tasks spread out across multiple applications. This takes up their time having to sign into different apps, switching between systems and navigating within each of them.

SpotCues aims to alleviate these burdens by breaking down a business’ large monolithic applications into single purpose micro apps. All of these are complied into a single application and backed by an AI-powered search to streamline navigation.

It claims a user can simply enter a key word and the AI will understand their intent and pullup relevant micro apps. To further accelerate operations, the platform offers a shortcut menu which lets users add their most frequented services.
