Particeep scores minority investment from Truffle Capital and Sopra Steria

Particeep, a SaaS distribution platform for financial products and services, has scored an investment from Truffle Capital and Sopra Steria.

The deal, which was around €2m, sees the companies become minority stakeholders of Particeep.

This capital will help Particeep to continue its development and technological innovations over the coming years.

Sopra Steria, which offers consulting services to IT companies, will help Particeep grow its business across Europe, Africa, Asia and America.

Founded in 2013, the FinTech digitises and simplifies the underwriting of banking, insurance and savings products.

Clients can use the platform to offer their customers online subscriptions and provide distributors and partners with controlled and secure access to their offers and associated subscription journeys.

Its white-label distribution platform provides a range of financial services to around 100 clients including Crédit Agricole, Groupama and Nexity.

Truffle Capital CEO and co-founder Bernard-Louis Roques said, “We have been following Particeep for several years and have been impressed by its ability to develop a “plug & play” solution to digitise the subscription and distribution of financial products, thus allowing banks, insurance companies and mutuals to launch new offers through a simple “copy and paste” of a line of code.

“Their technology, validated by Sopra Steria, a leading player in the sector, fits perfectly into our portfolio of innovative InsurTechs and FinTechs at the heart of the Truffle ecosystem.”
