International credit management heavyweight, Lowell, has successfully integrated Tietoevry’s Collection Suite Nova in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, marking a significant stride in their digital transformation journey.

Tietoevry, a front-runner in digital services and software, has been a long-standing collaborator of Lowell, offering cutting-edge solutions to augment Lowell’s operational efficiency.

The partnership aims to consolidate Lowell’s services and platforms across various markets, thereby enhancing its agility, time-to-market, and overall efficiency. By adopting the SaaS model, Lowell is not only aligning with the digital transformation trend but also setting new standards in credit management.

Lowell, one of the largest companies in Europe, provides comprehensive credit management services. The company has been utilising Tietoevry’s Collection platform Nova, which has now been migrated to a SaaS solution, hosted on Tietoevry’s private cloud. This arrangement has been custom-tailored to meet Lowell’s specific requirements, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal results.

On the other hand, Tietoevry stands as a leading provider of digital services and software solutions. Nova is a sophisticated platform that automates debt collection processes, resulting in improved cash flow and enhanced debtor customer care.

The partnership also brings forth a host of additional benefits for Lowell. The SaaS solution is not only secure and compliant but also offers automated business processes and faster time-to-market for new services. Furthermore, it allows for seamless integrations through APIs, leading to lower and more predictable operational costs. This will enable Lowell to focus more on exploring and developing new digital opportunities.

“Moving to the SaaS delivery model of our Nova platform is a step we take together with Tietoevry Banking. We are confident this will improve our capabilities to provide better services to all our clients,” Lowell Group IT Director Juha Wilkman said. Echoing this sentiment, Pär Johansson, Head of Credit at Tietoevry Banking, added, “Customers who move from on-prem solutions to our SaaS gets all the benefits of our Collection Suite Nova combined with the flexibility and scalability of a SaaS solution. Lowell is now ready to meet the future in credit management.”
