The integration of Glia’s Interaction Platform within Lumin’s digital banking offering is set to provide a frictionless experience for members, agents, and managers. Users can expect real-time guidance, accelerated interactions, and improved satisfaction. Notably, Glia and Lumin already serve 15 mutual credit union clients.
