Worldline, a global leader in payment services, and Volksbank, a prominent financial institution based in Italy, have recently embarked on a strategic partnership.
This collaboration marks Worldline’s first such agreement with an Italian bank, showcasing Volksbank’s extensive network of over 160 branches and a customer base nearing 300,000.
The core objective of this partnership is to enhance and manage the issuance of payment cards in Italy.
Worldline, renowned for its extensive experience in payment solutions, will offer a comprehensive range of services. These include setting up and producing cards, implementing advanced fraud detection systems, managing cardholder portals, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Volksbank, on its part, is set to provide its customers with distinguished services, leveraging Worldline’s expertise to introduce innovative, customised products.
Worldline excels in crafting tailored solutions that merge its global insights with localised adaptation. In collaboration with Volksbank, teams from various countries, coordinated from Italy, are working to deliver state-of-the-art services like enhanced fraud prevention systems and multilingual platforms.
