The company recognised the critical impact of AI technology in enhancing this process, leading to the development of the product, known as RAI.

RAI, an AI-powered web-enabled toolset, acts as a comprehensive co-pilot for recruiters, HR teams, CEOs, and founders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Offering a suite of capabilities, RAI automates role description generation, facilitates SEO-optimised advert creation, conducts advanced CV screening, generates contextual interview questions, analyses interview responses, and enables data storage for future reference.
