Accenture, a global professional services powerhouse, has announced its acquisition of Redkite, a leading UK-based data consultancy firm.

Accenture, known for its extensive expertise in digital transformation and AI, has a workforce of around 733,000 professionals across more than 120 countries. Redkite, founded in 2018 and headquartered in London, specializes in full-stack data expertise, assisting organizations in harnessing data-driven intelligence and AI, particularly in the consumer goods, retail, and media industries.

The acquisition, a part of Accenture’s $3bn investment in its Data & AI practice over three years, aims to expand Accenture’s data capabilities. This strategic move is designed to help clients accelerate transformation with modern data platforms, unlocking the power of AI across enterprises.

Accenture Data & AI managing director Kayur Rughani said, “AI is a significant catalyst and opportunity for business transformation. In order to move from experimentation to scaled implementation, our clients need a strong data and AI foundation, and they need to be value-led in every capability they choose to reinvent with generative AI.

“The powerful combination of Accenture and Redkite’s capabilities, expertise and services will help clients make the shift to scale AI investments, rapidly and responsibly.”
