The company has launched new capabilities, integrations, and partnerships designed to modernize voice recording compliance as organizations transition from traditional to cloud-based unified communication platforms.

Theta Lake’s latest offerings include cloud-native DCG for Cloud Voice and Unified Communications (UC) platforms. This provides a scalable solution for capturing voice communications across various mediums including call centers, enterprise calling, trader voice, and mobile communications. Their system not only allows the retention of audio and transcripts but also content from SMS and screen sharing, which are becoming increasingly common in modern call centers.
The company now supports an expansive range of platforms with voice capabilities such as Amazon Connect, Cloud9, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom Contact Center, among others. Looking ahead to 2024, Theta Lake plans to introduce even more integrations.
Key innovations from Theta Lake include a unique Microsoft Certified Compliance Recorder, which supports seamless recording for Microsoft’s Operator Connect and over 93 phone and voice providers integrated with Microsoft Teams. Their unified platform approach allows for comprehensive capturing, archiving, searching, and risk detection across various communication modes, enhancing compliance across carrier and mobile communication tools.
Furthermore, Theta Lake’s latest patent, US-20240176947-A1, introduces TranscriptionRN® for compliance. This technology surpasses traditional solutions by providing enhanced context through multi-language transcription and on-demand translation, allowing for more effective detection of compliance, security, and user risks.
