InvoiceQ, a Jordan-based SaaS company specialising in e-invoicing and integration solutions, has successfully raised $1.2m in its pre-Series A funding round.
The investment saw participation from notable Jordanian investors, including Oasis 500, Orange VC, Flat6Labs, Natej Soft, and several angel investors, according to a report from Entrepreneur.
The company finalised this funding round with legal guidance from Kassim Legal, a boutique law firm focused on startups and entrepreneurs.
Founded in 2020 by Muhannad Tobal, Fadi Al-Jabali, Amer Ayyad, and Mohammad Baseet, InvoiceQ has established operations in Jordan and Saudi Arabia (KSA). The firm’s e-invoicing solutions are designed to meet the regulatory requirements of each country, enabling businesses to manage invoices efficiently.
To date, InvoiceQ has issued over 50 million invoices valued at $6bn, serving more than 250 clients from various industries.
The company’s latest funding aims to accelerate its geographic expansion into Oman, Egypt, UAE, and the wider GCC region.
Tobal said, “This is what pushes us to develop customer-centric alternatives capable of meeting global systems’ demands according to each country’s local tax regulations and legislation.
“Developing technology that empowers all business users to manage invoices electronically with the minimum effort needed and maximum output received, through solutions that prioritize each business specific needs. This achievement [the pre-Series A investment] now unlocks the door for new opportunities and helps businesses embark on this new revolution in the e-invoicing industry through solutions that consider simplicity, speed, and real-time updates for E-payment solutions
