Pemberton Capital adopts Broadridge’s Sentry solution for operational efficiency

Broadridge Financial Solutions, a global leader in FinTech solutions, has partnered with Pemberton Capital Advisors, a prominent European private credit manager.

The collaboration leverages Broadridge’s Sentry Private Credit Portfolio Management solution to optimise Pemberton’s operational processes and support growth in its private debt and collateralised loan obligation (CLO) sectors.

The partnership aims to address the increasing demand for private credit and CLO investments by providing Pemberton with advanced technological tools to scale its operations. Broadridge’s platform is designed to enhance workflow efficiency, transparency, and decision-making capabilities across the investment lifecycle.

Pemberton Capital Advisors, headquartered in Europe, is a private credit manager supported by Legal & General, one of Europe’s largest insurers. The firm offers financing solutions for borrowers and tailored investment products for institutional investors, utilising its expertise in asset management and banking.

Broadridge Financial Solutions, listed on the NYSE, is a leading provider of technology solutions to global financial markets.

Its Sentry Private Credit Portfolio Management solution supports private credit and CLO management. The platform integrates portfolio management, trading, compliance, and analysis into a unified system, enabling asset managers to streamline operations and provide actionable insights for better investment decisions.

The partnership underscores Pemberton’s commitment to meeting investors’ demands for transparency and efficiency. Dr. Rob Reynolds, head of CLO management at Pemberton, highlighted the benefits of the partnership, stating, “We chose Sentry because of its ease of use and the functionality that it provides.
