Zoyo partners with Velexa for elite global trading app

Zoyo, a FinTech firm recently listed on the London Stock Exchange, has announced a strategic partnership with Velexa to develop its new digital securities trading platform.

The initiative is designed to cater to high-net-worth investors seeking access to equities across global markets. Scheduled for launch in the first half of 2026, the platform will leverage Velexa’s white-labelled infrastructure as the foundation of its services, ensuring scalability and compliance for a sophisticated client base.

The collaboration positions Zoyo at the heart of London’s financial hub, aiming to capture the growing demand from affluent, globally connected investors. The company’s LSE listing reflects a long-term commitment to the UK financial services industry while providing a springboard for global expansion.

Zoyo CEO Ivy Wang said, “Our listing on the London Stock Exchange and partnership with Velexa mark the beginning of Zoyo’s next growth chapter. With Velexa’s technology at the core of our new platform, we are able to deliver a secure, compliant and scalable solution on a global scale that redefines how investors engage with capital markets.”

The new trading app will initially support equities and ETFs across the US, UK, and Hong Kong markets, while also extending Zoyo’s wealth management offering. Plans include a rapid roll-out of additional wealth products across multiple asset classes, the creation of new digital channels to enhance client engagement, and the ability to scale through Velexa’s multitenant platform. This feature will allow Zoyo to support diverse financial service providers, each tailoring services to different investor groups.

Velexa CEO Tamara Kostova said, “We are proud to partner with Zoyo as they expand their footprint as an LSE-listed fintech. Our technology is built to support ambitious firms like Zoyo in offering sophisticated, multi-market investing experiences to high-net-worth clients and beyond.”

Velexa, recognised as part of the WealthTech100, continues to expand its international presence, already active in Europe, the GCC, and Southeast Asia, and most recently entering Brazil. Its embedded investing solutions help financial institutions modernise beyond legacy systems, offering the flexibility and scale required by digital-first clients.
