Prometeia, a global provider of advisory and monitoring solutions for wealth and asset management, has formed a strategic partnership with everyoneINVESTED, a digital investing innovator spun out of KBC Group.
The collaboration has resulted in the launch of a joint Self-Directed Advisory Platform, which helps to modernise how banks and wealth managers engage today’s digitally savvy clients, blending behavioural science, risk management technology and a mobile-first approach to create a seamless investment journey.
The two companies recently sat down together to discuss the strategic collaboration.
According to the partners, the new platform builds on Prometeia’s modular Digital Wealth Management Platform, which has long served as a foundation for developing self-directed investor journeys. Prometeia senior partner and co-head of digital wealth management Michele Leoncelli explained that the company’s decades of wealth management expertise and deep advisory process knowledge have enabled it to design and deliver tailored, compliant self-directed solutions that generate tangible value for institutions and their clients.
everyoneINVESTED, meanwhile, brings its experience in building digital applications that balance user convenience, business impact and regulatory compliance. everyoneINVESTED managing director Jurgen Vandenbroucke said that the collaboration will also focus on continuous innovation through artificial intelligence and behavioural insights, ensuring the joint platform evolves alongside market needs and investor expectations.
Together, the two companies are combining their strengths to deliver a seamless end-to-end advisory experience. Leoncelli explained that Prometeia’s analytics engine can “take profiling inputs and transform them into compliant, personalized, self-directed investment journeys, covering everything from investment proposals through post sale monitoring, management and rebalancing. The result is advisory journeys that are designed to be compliant and fully aligned with each institution’s service model and digital strategy.”
Vandenbroucke noted that everyoneINVESTED adds a “digital playful component for retail investors to accurately and reliably quantify various aspects of their investor preferences,” which is rooted in academic research and tested across several European markets. The firm’s tools, he added, have been “presented to several supervisory authorities including ESMA, implemented in multiple MiFID jurisdictions.”
Founded in 1974 as an economic research institute, Prometeia has evolved into a global provider of advisory, software and data solutions for wealth and risk management. Leoncelli explained that its “wealth and asset management area combines quantitative methodologies and decades of industry expertise to deliver personalised, compliant and scalable wealth services and solutions.”
everyoneINVESTED, established in 2020 as part of the KBC Group, originated from KBC Asset Management’s innovation team. Vandenbroucke described the company’s mission, stating, “We offer consulting and tooling that make investing easy, personal, valuable, and reliable. We maintain a strong academic link, notably in the field of decision science and investing.”
Commenting on the timing of the partnership, Leoncelli said, “We have been working together for quite some time, and the partnership has now matured to a point where we can offer a robust end to end self-directed solution to the market. The timing is right because we can combine proven profiling with proven advisory technology and deliver it as one seamless offering, while helping institutions digitize services for retail investors and adapt to capture emerging client demographics, such as Gen Z.”
Vandenbroucke pointed to macro trends driving the initiative, explaining, “Investment flows originating from retail investors have grown substantially in the US over recent years, the impact of this has been noted very clearly in 2025, the mission of everyoneINVESTED is to support this evolution also in Europe with tooling that contributes to conscious decision-making.”
