Red Oak appoints Kirk Sadler as chief product officer

Red Oak, a modern compliance connectivity platform for the financial services industry, has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Kirk Sadler as chief product officer.

The hire comes as the company continues to scale its platform and support financial institutions facing increasingly complex compliance and supervision requirements.

In his new role, Sadler will work cross-functionally with Red Oak’s engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership teams. His remit includes driving product roadmap priorities and delivering measurable return on investment for both existing and future clients, as the company continues to invest in the development of its compliance connectivity platform.

Sadler brings more than twenty years of product management experience building B2B enterprise software solutions across multiple markets. Throughout his career, he has developed and scaled product organisations through organic growth and has led teams through six acquisitions, giving him extensive experience in managing complexity within fast-growing technology businesses.

Prior to joining Red Oak, Sadler spent nearly a decade as vice president of product at Mitratech. During his tenure, he architected solutions for legal, risk, and compliance professionals across the Global 1000, working predominantly with organisations operating in highly regulated industries. He is recognised for his ability to build product and engineering engines that deliver integrated solutions across complex workflows.
