This innovative feature, known as Booking Protection, is designed to revolutionise booking management for youth and amateur sports events, offering increased security for attendees and new revenue opportunities for organisers.
The partnership aims to address the challenges event organisers and attendees face when it comes to securing bookings.
The Booking Protection feature will enhance the booking process by providing financial security, boosting customer confidence, and streamlining refunds, which in turn drives higher conversion rates and earlier bookings.
EventPipe provides event organisers with housing management solutions to improve the overall event experience, helping to streamline the booking process and better manage housing needs.
The newly launched Booking Protection feature is expected to create new revenue streams for organisers by providing real-time insights into reservation attendance. This allows organisers to resell refunded rooms swiftly.
Protecht, known for its expertise in risk management, will support Booking Protection with its StayShield product, offering a self-serve refund process for guests and ensuring claims are processed quickly, typically within 72 hours.
Protecht’s commitment to “Fast & Friendly Refunds” is designed to boost customer satisfaction while reducing the cost of chargebacks for event organisers.
The product is expected to significantly improve the guest experience by allowing them to make bookings with confidence, knowing that financial protection is in place if plans change unexpectedly.
This competitive edge will also benefit organisers by increasing conversion rates and reselling rooms quickly.
