OneAdvent, a specialist MGA services platform, has announced a new leadership appointment designed to support the company’s ongoing expansion within Europe.
The firm has revealed that Cian O’Toole will join its ranks as head of European Services, a newly-created role that will make him vital to the firm’s growth ambitions.
OneAdvent, established in 2019, operates an EU-domiciled MGA platform and offers a variety of services tailored for managing general agents (MGAs) and capacity partners.
The company has experienced rapid growth over the past year, particularly through the launch of several EEA-focused MGAs.
O’Toole joins the company following a successful career in the insurance sector. He previously served as the global head of strategy and operations, insurance at Revolut, as well as UK branch manager for embedded InsurTech, Companjon.
His professional background also includes time at Santander Insurance and PwC. In his new role,
O’Toole will focus on expanding OneAdvent’s European services and enhancing the platform’s offerings to support MGA clients and capacity partners in their EEA business development.
With a wealth of experience in building insurance strategies and a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives, O’Toole’s role will be instrumental in driving the company’s ambitions within the European market.
