Castellum.AI, an AI compliance technology provider, has integrated its Arbiter AI agent platform into LexisNexis Bridger Insight XG, enabling compliance teams to resolve sanctions and anti-money laundering (AML) alerts within their existing screening environment.
The integration allows Arbiter to work directly within Bridger Insight XG rather than requiring analysts to move between separate systems or manually transfer decisions back into a central record. Existing alert-generation processes remain in place, while Arbiter assesses alerts in real time and creates an audit trail documenting each adjudication.
Castellum.AI said Arbiter can resolve 95% of alerts across sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEPs), adverse media and other risk-data checks, while reducing the time required for alert review by 83%.
The AI agents can also be configured around an individual institution’s risk thresholds, internal policies and analyst procedures. This is intended to allow organisations to apply their own compliance requirements to the automated review process, while generating explainable and audit-ready decisions.
The integration does not require data migration, a new analyst interface or a wider redesign of existing workflows. Organisations already using Bridger Insight XG can therefore add Arbiter to their screening environment without replacing the underlying infrastructure.
LexisNexis Bridger Insight XG is used by thousands of banks and FinTech firms for AML and know-your-customer (KYC) screening and case management. Castellum.AI develops Arbiter, an AI agent platform designed to automate the resolution of compliance alerts. Through the new integration, the company is targeting the manual review work associated with routine sanctions, PEP and other risk-data alerts, while retaining an audit trail around automated decisions.
The company said the integration is intended to help existing Bridger Insight XG users reduce routine manual reviews without compromising the ability to explain and audit how alerts have been adjudicated.
