Wealth advisor solutions provider InvestEdge has raised $5m in growth debt financing from Vistara Capital Partners.
The Philadelphia company platform aims to offer a suite of tools to automate front office functions including advisor dashboard, alerts, portfolio management, performance measurement, reporting, compliance monitoring, trade/rebalancing, data aggregation, client and investment portal solutions.
InvestEdge CEO Bob Stewart said: “We launched InvestEdge with a mission to simplify the integration of portfolio data and provide automated tools that enable our customers to become Bionic Advisors.
?We’re going to expand our services to the investment management industry and leverage the existing distribution network built on a software-as-a-service platform.”
Vistara Capital Partners managing director Randy Garg said: “We are very impressed by how the team at InvestEdge has been able to build its business on a boot-strapped basis.

FT Partners advised on the deal which is the first external round of funding InvestEdge has taken on to date.
