Behavox integrates Twitter into compliance platform to help with regulation and privacy

AI data and financial compliance company Behavox added support of Twitter to its expanding list of applications covered by its compliance platform.

This new addition which incorporates Twitter is the latest development in its growing support of both corporate and non-traditional, non-corporate applications. The company recently added support for Microsoft Teams, WeChat, and WhatsApp to the more than 150 data types it already supported.

The partnership ensures seamless ingestion of communications on Twitter and integration into the Behavox platform, enabling delivery of detailed, actionable analytics for financial firms. Alongside it will also provide access to an ecosystem of artificial intelligence voice technology capabilities.

The AI-based data operating platform helps firms catch misconduct before it causes massive regulatory fines and company crises. This latest move will strengthen Behavox’s ability to help customers to analyse their own data to help avoid regulatory fines and protect and preserve the integrity of their operations, as well as the hard-earned trust from their own clients.

Commenting on the importance of compliance on social media, Behavox chief operating officer Kiryl Trembovolski said, “Financial institutions face a growing list of compliance requirements for social media, especially as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and United States Securities and Exchange Commission have recently incorporated more stringent rules and regulations for social media compliance.

“By adding Twitter to the wide array of communication platforms we support, Behavox bolsters the social media compliance strategy for our customers so they can adhere to corporate, legal, and regulatory policies while avoiding costly fines and penalties.”

In addition to social media platforms and applications, compliance risks can come from different places in different languages. As a result, Behavox offers a multilingual enterprise solution covering various misconduct scenarios in several languages across a growing number of applications and data types.
