B2Z Insurance unveils general liability insurance for small business owners

B2Z Insurance, a “one-stop-shop” for online business insurance, has launched its general liability insurance option for small business owners.

B2Z Insurance is on a mission to transform how business insurance is purchased online. Business owners can get a quote in minutes, not days or weeks, and are able to purchase personalised coverage that fully protects their business the first time–all online from their desktop or preferred mobile device. B2Z also offers Hassle-Free Cancelation options to customers for cancelling their old policy, which makes the switching process painless.

Founded in 2020, the Chicago-based startup works with several insurance companies including CNA, Acuity, Coterie Insurance, Employers, and Pie Insurance.

General liability protects small businesses from claims that they caused bodily injury and property damage and includes coverage for advertising lawsuits and more.

B2Z Insurance explained this type of insurance is the best option for small business owners that don’t need to cover their own property. Particularly if the business owner leases or owns a commercial space, works on a client’s property, or interacts with customers or the public, as leasing agreements and client contracts often require this type of policy.

Kuldeep Malik, B2Z CEO and founder, said, “B2Z is committed to providing a superior customer experience for small businesses seeking general liability insurance coverage. This coverage option opens the door for B2Z to help even more small business owners protect their businesses and hard work.”

Paris-based InsurTech Orus has raised €5m in funding for its mission of reinventing professional insurance.
