Kansas

Security Bank of Kansas City has expanded its partnership with NCR Atleos Corporation, a NYSE-listed leader in financial access services.

This collaboration is set to revolutionize the bank’s self-service banking facilities, leveraging NCR Atleos’ expertise in ATM and ITM (Interactive Teller Machines) services.

The driving force behind this partnership is Security Bank’s aim to modernize its ATM fleet, which has been showing signs of age. The bank seeks to streamline its self-service offerings, trusting Atleos to oversee comprehensive ATM and ITM maintenance and management. This strategic move aims to enhance the customer banking experience while allowing the bank to focus more on core business activities.

Security Bank of Kansas City has a robust presence in the Kansas City area, primarily focusing on serving local businesses and consumers. Meanwhile, NCR Atleos specializes in providing advanced financial technology solutions, including ATM and ITM services, to institutions aiming to broaden their financial reach.

Under the expanded partnership, NCR Atleos will provide a comprehensive suite of services for the bank’s ATM and ITM networks. This includes end-to-end maintenance and management, ensuring operational efficiency and enhanced service delivery to the bank’s customers.

This collaboration signifies a significant step in Security Bank’s strategy to evolve its self-service banking channels. By outsourcing these crucial aspects to Atleos, the bank is set to offer greater accessibility and choice to its customers, vital factors in maintaining customer loyalty in the modern banking landscape.

Both companies have a history of successful collaboration, with Security Bank having previously relied on Atleos for hardware and managed services. This expanded partnership is seen as a natural progression, aligning with the bank’s goals for growth and enhanced customer service.

Security Bank EVP/Chief Retail Officer Thomas Davies said, “We have a track record of success with Atleos as a dependable partner for hardware and managed services. Now relying on Atleos for comprehensive ATM and ITM management and deployment as well, we will be able to evolve our self-service strategy with greater efficiency and ease.”

Atleos EVP of Global Sales Diego Navarrete explained, “The ATM and ITM continue to be crucial touchpoints as customers increasingly view flexibility and choice as deciding factors when it comes to bank loyalty. By outsourcing this critical channel with us, the bank is boosting efficiencies, providing greater availability to customers, and is positioning itself to more quickly implement new features and functionality. We are proud to support this banking leader, helping them future proof their business and achieve strategic priorities.”
