Olomon, a Tennessee-based WealthTech company building a financial system of record for households and advisors, has raised $2.6m in an oversubscribed pre-seed funding round to expand its platform ahead of a wider market launch in Q3 2026.
The new funding will support product development, advisor infrastructure and preparations for the platform’s broader launch. Olomon is currently testing additional capabilities that allow users to capture more complex financial information, including private investments, insurance policies and estate structures.
Olomon is designed to address the challenge of fragmented household financial information, where details about accounts, documents, investments, insurance policies and estate structures are often spread across multiple providers or held by individuals themselves.
The company’s platform creates a permissioned financial record owned by the client, allowing households to organise their financial information in one place while giving advisors, attorneys and CPAs controlled access when needed.
Olomon said the lack of a centralised client-owned record creates inefficiencies for financial professionals, with many advisory meetings requiring teams to collect and reconstruct information before planning discussions can begin. The company believes its platform can help shift these interactions towards more proactive financial planning.
Olomon founder and CEO Jeremy L. Bolls said, “We raised this round to close the gap on both sides: the household that needs a permanent, living record of its financial life, and the advisor who needs a canonical, always-current picture to do their best work.”
The raise comes as WealthTech firms increasingly focus on improving data connectivity and client experiences, with advisors seeking better tools to manage increasingly complex household financial needs.
