True Potential, a leading UK wealth management firm, has connected to Origo’s Integration Hub, a widely used industry network linking more than 65 organisations across financial services, to bring automated, data-rich daily valuations from multiple providers directly into advisers’ existing back-office systems.
The integration gives advisers straight-through processing for valuations, removing the need for manual requests that have historically been required across separate provider relationships.
Rather than chasing individual providers for updates, advisers connected to the hub will now receive automatic daily valuation data through a single connection, cutting administrative complexity and giving them access to more timely and complete client information.
Industry research cited in the announcement found that poor service delivery from platforms affects the vast majority of advisers, with 91% saying it impacts them daily and 88% reporting they had to apologise to a client on behalf of a platform within the past year. Tackling this friction around manual data handling is central to the rationale behind the Origo partnership.
The service comes at no extra cost to advisers and is being rolled out on an opt-in basis, meaning firms do not need to adopt new systems or change existing processes.
True Potential Adviser Services Chief Executive Officer Gregg Lang said, “For today’s advisers, choosing a back-office partner is about making a decision on where they want to be in five years and how to remove some of the obstacles that stand between them and their clients. Manual valuation requests are exactly that kind of obstacle – time-consuming, error-prone and entirely avoidable.
“Our partnership with Origo, along with existing processes, will give advisers even more time to focus on what they do best – giving brilliant advice – and is the latest in a series of investments True Potential has made in the tools that allow advisers to run better businesses, serve more clients and grow with confidence.”
Origo Chief Executive Officer Anthony Rafferty said, “Advisers should not have to contend with fragmented, manual processes to access something as fundamental as valuation data. We are delighted to welcome True Potential to the Origo Integration Hub, marking another important step forward, as our network grows to more than 65 connected organisations across the industry.
“This milestone reflects a shared commitment to improving how data flows between providers, platforms and adviser systems. By delivering consistent, automated valuations directly into advisers’ existing workflows, we are reducing friction, cutting administrative burden and helping to set a new standard for efficiency and connectivity across the market, ultimately enabling advisers to spend more time focused on client outcomes.”
