BankSocial, a provider of Web3 and AI-powered financial technology, has partnered with Vyrdia, a core processor and digital technology provider to credit unions and community financial institutions, to bring embedded wealth, payments and fraud prevention tools to credit unions.
Under the agreement, credit unions within Vyrdia’s network can access BankSocial’s product suite through their existing digital banking platforms. The products include fractional stock and digital asset investing, real-time payments and AI-based fraud prevention.
Because the referral frameworks are already aligned, participating institutions can enable these services without replacing their existing core systems.
Prospera, BankSocial’s WealthTech solution, enables members to buy fractional shares, ETFs, IRAs and digital assets directly through their credit union’s mobile app. The technology is designed to help credit unions retain deposits and member investment activity within their own platforms.
Remint provides payment infrastructure, routing transactions across FedNow, RTP and stable-value settlement channels. The company says this can help reduce payment friction and transaction costs.
Meanwhile, Secura and Substrate provide security and AI capabilities, combining real-time transaction monitoring and preventative fraud controls with AI agent orchestration designed around financial compliance requirements.
The agreement comes as credit unions develop their 2027 strategies around member wealth retention and digital transformation. By bringing BankSocial’s services into Vyrdia’s existing ecosystem, the companies aim to simplify vendor assessment and integration for participating institutions.
BankSocial, which operates as Fivancial Inc., develops cloud-native infrastructure spanning AI, open banking and Web3. Its platform covers digital identity and onboarding through Verifiied, domestic and cross-border payments through Remint, wealth and digital asset services through Prospera and fraud resilience through Secura.
The company also operates Nuron, an employee API layer, the Axon API layer and Substrate, an AI operating system. BankSocial’s technology is designed to connect traditional financial services with distributed ledger technology while enabling credit unions and community banks to launch digital services.
Vyrdia provides core processing and technology services to credit unions and community financial institutions, with a focus on flexible and scalable digital banking infrastructure.
BankSocial CEO John Wingate said, “Financial Institutions don’t need more standalone tools, they need unified, institutional-grade solutions that build member value inside the channels members already trust. Partnering with Vyrdia allows us to bring our entire product suite directly to forward-thinking credit union leaders, empowering them to offer modern wealth building, real-time payments, and AI security without losing ownership of the member relationship.”
Vyrdia CEO Steven Anderson added, “Partnering with BankSocial allows us to further empower credit unions with the modern, integrated solutions they need to accelerate their digital modernization. By bringing embedded wealth management, instant payments, and AI-driven security directly into our ecosystem, we are giving financial institutions the tools to deliver exceptional member experiences without the friction of legacy systems.”
