Novidea, a leading InsurTech creator of the cloud-based, data-driven enterprise insurance management platform, is welcoming the newest addition to their senior leadership team, Erez Nissim.
Nissim, a veteran in the technology industry with esteemed positions at companies like Playtika, NICE, Amdocs, and SAP, will be taking the helm as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Novidea’s core focus lies in the provision of a cloud-native, data-driven insurance management system. Utilising an open API architecture, the platform equips brokers, agents, MGAs, and carriers with the necessary tools to modernise the end-to-end customer insurance journey, ultimately fostering business growth across the insurance distribution lifecycle. Powered by Salesforce’s Big Technology, Novidea’s platform delivers a comprehensive ecosystem, providing an integrated, 360-degree view of the customer and all stakeholders, customer-facing policy transactions, and the middle and back office operations.
Erez Nissim, the newly appointed CTO, is a technology industry veteran with a track record of successful leadership roles in several renowned technology companies globally. His role at Novidea will involve spearheading the company’s research and development (R&D) and product development. This appointment is part of Novidea’s strategic plan to strengthen its senior executive team to drive its next phase of global growth.
Before joining Novidea, Nissim has led R&D, product, and engineering groups in global technology companies, most recently serving as an Executive Vice President at Playtika, a gaming company valued at $7bn. Nissim also held senior roles at industry-leading companies such as NICE surveillance, Amdocs, Retalix, and SAP.
Novidea has been steadily strengthening its leadership team with strategic hires over the past 18 months. This includes appointing Eran Ben Ezer as CFO, previously with Imperva, Yaniv Cohen as CCO, Julie Shafiki as CMO, formerly at Kryon, and Merav Levin-Gadot as VP of Human Resources, previously with Amdocs. These appointments exemplify Novidea’s unwavering commitment to driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions in the global insurance technology landscape.
